QUALITY, HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT

Express FM places great importance on quality, environment, health and safety standards as well as welfare considerations. We have already implemented an Integrated Management System (IMS) that comprises the following international standards systems: ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. In addition, all EHS operations conducted by Express Facilities Management comply with the Abu Dhabi Occupational Safety and Health System (OSHAD) Regulatory Framework.

The IMS supports and enhances our service delivery, while helping us to continually improve our workflow, processes and efficiency. The IMS provides us with guidelines and a systematic approach to quality, occupational health and safety and environmental management within our operating areas. The IMS is reviewed and audited on a regular basis for compliance with legal requirements and a view to defining areas for further enhancement and continual improvement.
